Story

  • Two sections of China's first cross-sea rail-road bridge joined together (2019-06-05)
  • The Pingtan cross-strait expressway-railway bridge in East China's Fujian Province was closed on Wednesday as a 452-ton steel truss girder was put into place. The bridge, which spans the Haitan Strait, is the longest of its kind in the world. It's a key project of the Fuzhou-Pingtan railway and Changle-Pingtan expressway.    Photo by Imaginechina
