• Worlds tallest pylon tops out in east China (2009-08-14)
  
• Worlds tallest pylon topped out Damaoshan Mountain (or Damao Mountain) in Zhoushan on Wednesday (August 12, 2009). The pylon, which measures 370 meters tall and weighs 5,999 tonnes, will be used to trasmit 220kv electricity from the mainland to Zhoushan Islands with the capacity of 600,000 kw per day.     Photo by Imaginechina
